Cinsault

Since his childhood, Olivier’s favorite places to play have been the vineyards and the wine cellar at his family’s wine estate founded in 1701 in Pézenas. With this upbringing, he developed a passion for nature and Languedoc wines.

Cinsault originates from the South of France. Often confined to rosés, its versatility is proven with this red wine.

This fruit-forward red wine comes from low-yield vines, which give concentrated and aromatic grapes. It’s the ideal partner for Mediterranean or Asian cuisine and easy-going social gathering.

ORIGIN: Valros, Hérault, IGP Pays d’Oc

 GRAPES: Cinsault

 SOILS: Villafranchianpebbles

VINIFICATION: Grapes are destemmed before a 3-week maceration, with temperature control and regular pump overs to enhance the aromatic expression. Bottling takes place late winter to preserve freshness.

TASTING: The best way to savour our wines is to invite friends over, open a bottle and enjoy the moment :-) . This wine has fresh red fruit aromas and a hint of pepper on the fresh finish. An ideal wine for picnic gathering.

Alcohol Content: 14%
