VIOGNIER
Our Viognier is purposely atypical! It is livelier and less exuberant than those of most of our colleagues.
We like it for its freshness and most importantly for its balance. Drink young.

It's a result of the vineyard's efforts towards virtuous agriculture: planting 2000 trees to preserve biodiversity, planting vineyard ground cover, mechanical soil work, pheromone dispensers, and etc. To limit the impact on the planet, the vineyard has reduced the CO2 emissions to a minimum. The vineyard also offset the CO2 emission by financing in ecological initiatives.
