ORIGIN: Roquessels, Hérault, IGP Pays d’Oc
GRAPES : Carignan Noir
SOILS : Schist
ALCOHOL : 13.5%
VINIFICATION : Grapes are destemmed before a 3-week maceration, with temperature control and regular pump overs to enhance the aromatic expression. Bottling takes place in late winter to preserve freshness
TASTING: Carafe the wine for 15-20 minutes before drink. The best way to enjoy the wine is to invite friends over, open a bottle and enjoy the moment. This wine displays tranquil dark chocolate colour, with aromas of rich dark fruit and spice, yet remains fresh and delightful. It pairs very well with dark chocolate for leisure, stir-fried black pepper beef, or your daily meals. Chill the wine before serving.
